I was lucky that my first job out of college – being hired as a recruiter for an international company – found me, and it was everything I didn’t know I wanted.
Since then, for almost 20 years, I have recruited, headhunted, and onboarded employees across Fortune 500 companies and Silicon Valley startups. Past clients include FOX, Disney, Nokia, Nike, AMEX to name a few and I’ve also lead global efforts in the USA, Costa Rica, Chile, Brazil, Canada and Mexico recruiting more than 500+ employees and executives.
There was only one part about my job that I didn’t love —
You see, as a recruiter, we’re looking for the most marketable talent, and that often means rejecting those that really needed a job (who were often just as good of a fit, but not as good at marketing themselves).
That’s why I’ve taken all of my expert hiring and recruiting knowledge and now help ambitious professionals who have hit roadblocks in identifying and climbing their own ladders.
